The Khidmat Committees (KCs) created in April 1998 by President’s Ordinance. In April 1998 Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif announced plans to establish Khidmat [Service] Committees (KCs) to “take complaints from the public and intervene in problems related to most government departments.
In his previous term in power – from February 1997 to October 1999 – Nawaz Sharif had founded Khidmat committees. They received the general public’s complaints against government departments and addressed them.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will do the ordinary citizens a great kindness and favor by re-establishing these committees since they proved beneficial for a large number of people. Please don’t ignore our request. Thank you.
I request to PM Nawaz Sharif please re-establish these committees for the welfare of common people of Pakistan
Government of Pakistan must re-establish such beneficial committees.
