The government of
Pakistan has announced a DSL-internet package for students,
forgetting Person with Disabilities in the process of allowing these distinct
benefits. Such packages can assist disabled people in achieving a quality
internet service that they may put to effective delicate and personal use.
Sorrowfully, though we enthusiastically celebrate a disabled people’s day, no
practical step aimed at their actual betterment is taken. PTCL should
provide either this facility to those disabled persons who possess attested
disabled certificates from the NCRDP (National Council of Rehabilitation
for Disabled Person) or the PCRDP (Provincial Council of
Rehabilitation for Disabled Person) of social welfare offices. I extremely
request especially to the honorable President of
Pakistan and Prime Minister of Pakistan and to
the Federal Ministry of Social Welfare and Special Education,
Please do not let us be ignored. We hope that the government will soon announce
a special discount Internet DSL package for Disabled People.

Special Education can take this request seriously. I hope that all Persons with Disabilities will
write in favor of this appeal. We will contest for our rights in a non-violent manner!
