here
was a time when heart attacks and other heart diseases appeared in middle age
or old age, but now they are becoming more common in young people.

The
heart is one of the most important organs in the human body, but surprisingly
we do not pay much attention to it.

If
your diet is high in ghee, fat, or fat, this habit can be destructive to the
heart.

This
was revealed in a medical study in the United Kingdom.

The
University of Reading study found that eating a high-fat diet stimulated a
response in the heart that increased the risk of a heart attack.

The
study looked at the effects of a high-fat diet on mice and found that it caused
levels of oxidative stress on heart cells.

The
researchers said that a high-fat diet can damage heart muscle cells and that
the use of this food in mice has activated the harmless protein Knox II at the
cellular level under normal conditions.

He
said that this protein causes oxidative damage and activates the destructive
mechanism.

“We’re
starting to understand the Knox 2 protein response to food, but our research
shows that high-fat foods can do a lot of damage to the heart,” he said.

The
study found that the use of high-fat diets doubled the activity of Knox 2 in
mice, triggering a mechanism that harms the body.

The
researchers also used three experimental therapies known to reduce Knox-related
ROS production levels.

They
found that all three had some reduction in the mechanism by which rats damaged
their hearts.

The
rats were provided 45% of their daily calories in the form of fat, 20% protein,
and 35% carbohydrates.

The
findings were published in the medical journal Biochemical and Biophysical
Research Communications.
