Asymmetric
Roof

For
the supplementary or additional insulation with the support for the heat
accumulator tank on the second floor, for this purpose you have to require that
the external wall of your home will be framed in with 2×6-studs, so what is
your concept about the interior division of living space, you can also add a
window that you think that is the right place for fixing. However, the central
supporting wall and bearing beam should remain directly over the main carrier
beam in the basement area of your home.

A
Conventional Solar DHW System

A
basic closed-loop system is used to yielding energy from the sunlight. There is
a small pump, which is used to circulate and regulate the water/glycol solution
from the collector to a heat transfer coil; it is inside a steel energy
accumulator tank. This pressurized tank holds preheat water when a conventional
DHW system is needed.

When
the differential temperature rises then take a look at how heat is changing
near the bottom of the tank where the heat is collected and stored. The hot
water in the tank where it rises is conveyed to another place from the top area
of the tank and then remain there to get more heat from the fossil fuel heating
system. The power, which is used to run and regulate the pump, is minimum in
duration.

MTD
Heat Storage

Household
and domestic solar hot water systems used just preheat water only for the
conventional fossil fuel system. If we used to get a better result from the
process then we should get aside from the fossil fuel heating system
altogether. So that we could be able to increase the preheat idea or
imagination.

To
bring this idea into practice an open loop, multi-tank solar heating system for
the preheat concept is better and has benefited from this intention. Because it
doesn’t need excessive heat exchange coils to convey heat from one tank to
another? Turbulence (having irregular variation over time) has disastrous
effects of mixing hot and cold-water layer to some limit.

PVC
Pipes

In
addition, the flowing water through the tank causes the process of turbulence.
To prevail over this condition and maintain heat stratification, PVC pipes are
used to solve this problem; PVC pipes hold the coldest water from the preceding
tank and convey this cold water to the near and adjacent tanks.

This
process benefits and permits this cold water to be returned to the collector
during the process the retaining hot water stage of transition in the tank
become continuously flow and make gradation. Although an MTD, heating storage
system is not very important it will make better the process of heat transfer
capability of any hydro solar heating system.

Now
we shall see the MTD-3 tank heat exchange system. The tank, which obtains hot
water from the MTD collector, will always be the hottest first. The cold water
is siphoned from the bottom of the hot tank and discharged near the upper area
of the warm tank. The warm water regulates the same process.

It
conveys its coldest water to the cold tank. At the bottom of the tank, there is
also a pump, which returns this cold water to the collector for reheated again.
This MTD system is designed in such a way to obtain maximum energy and heat
extraction forcefully with minimum cost and energy. Anyhow, we now understand
the entire process that how the heat can be stored, but the question is arise
in the mind that if we require heat then how the tank like this is used to
distribute and provided the heat throughout the house.

Heat
Storage and Transfer

When
we need to provide heat to our home a device, thermostat turn on P2. Hot water
is circulated through plastic heat transfer pipes, which are fixed firmly in a
radiant floor heating system on the first floor. If we look and noticed that
the hottest water from the hottest tank is used first and from the warm tank is
used second and such a process continuously regulates in this way.

The
level of the water in the cold tank and the hot tank will always be closed to a
large extent. Besides, the power, which is requiring running this pump, will be
minimum in duration it means a minimal as well. This concept and idea are
better but I am not sure that three tanks will be enough to keep the heat that
I require.

Also,
how about the domestic household water? Certainly, it is right that these three
tanks are not fulfilling my household requirements. 32 tanks in place of three
tanks can be enough for my need and it is a better idea for the well-insulated
house as well. So the question is rising that in which place will you keep
these tanks, they require enough space. Moreover, how about the second floor?
We must seriously think about this concept to solve our problem.
