Peach Drink

Ingredients:

Peaches one kg,

sugar one and a
half kg,

water one kg.

Direction:

Peel the peach
and cut it into pieces and remove the pit. Now put sugar in water and put it on
the stove. And when it boils, put the peaches in it. Let cook for 2-4 minutes.
When the peaches are soft, take them off the stove. Before taking it off, see
that the syrup has become like a string. Now let it cool down, after it cools
down strain it through a fine cloth and fill the bottles with this syrup. 

آڑو کا شربت

اجزاء: آڑو ایک کلو، چینی ڈیڑھ کلو، پانی ایک
کلو  ترکیب:

آڑو چھیل کر اس کے ٹکڑے کرلیں اور اندر سے گٹھلی
نکال دیں۔ اب چینی کو پانی میں ڈال کر چولہے پر چڑھائیں۔ اور جوش آنے پر آڑو اس میں
ڈال دیں۔ 2-4 منٹ پکنے دیں۔ جب آڑو گل جائیں تو چولہے سے اتار لیں ۔ اُتار نے سے
پہلے دیکھ لیں کی شربت ایک تار جیسی شکل کا ہوگیا ہے۔ اب اُسے ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں، ۔۔ٹھنڈا ہونے پر اس کو باریک کپڑے سے چھان لیں اور بوتلوں کو اس شربت سے بھرلیں۔
