Ingredients

2: Meat (cut into pieces) 1/2 Kg
3: Garlic-ginger paste 2 teaspoons
4: Yogurt 1/2 cup
5: Red chillies (chopped) 1/2 teaspoon
6: Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
7: Vinegar 2 tablespoons
8: Mustard oil 1 tablespoon
9: green chili paste 1 teaspoon
10: onions (sliced) 2 pcs
11: peas 1/2 cup
12: cauliflowers (separate the florets) 1 pcs
13: garlic cloves (chopped) 2 pcs
14: black pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon
15: Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
16: Tomato puree 6 tablespoons
17: Tomato paste 6 tablespoons
18: Oil as required
19: White sauce 1 cup
20: Cheese as required
21: Potatoes (cut into thin slices) 2 in Numbers
Step by Step Instructions
1: Wash and dry the meat pieces, then marinate them with
garlic, ginger paste, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, vinegar,
mustard oil, and green chili paste. Mix well and let it marinate for 4-6 hours.
2: Heat some oil in a saucepan, add onions, and fry until
they turn golden brown. Then, add garlic, cauliflower, potatoes, peas, salt,
and black pepper powder. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
3: Next, add tomato puree, tomato paste, and oregano.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4: Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender and the
water has dried up.
5: Boil lasagna sheets in salted water, then place them
in cold water.
6: In a pot, cook the marinated meat on low heat until
it’s tender and the water has dried up. Add green chilies and continue cooking
until the meat is browned.
7: Grease a large casserole dish with oil.
8: Place a layer of lasagna sheets at the bottom.
9: Spread the vegetable mixture on top and pour white
sauce over it. Then, add another layer of lasagna sheets and spread the meat
mixture on top. Pour white sauce over it again. Continue layering with lasagna
sheets and white sauce.
10: Finally, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in
the oven until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
Delicious
beef and vegetable lasagna is ready.
