Hyderabadi Chicken Curry:

Hyderabad chicken curry

 


Ingredients (for 3 to 4 people) 


Chicken – 600 grams 

Salt – to taste 

Turmeric – a tablespoon 

Crushed red pepper – one and a half tablespoon 

Lemon juice – two tablespoons 

Ginger Garlic Paste – Two tablespoons 

Edible oil – four tablespoons 

Onion – One in number

Whole cumin – a teaspoon 

Green pepper – two pieces 

Small cardamom – three pieces 

Large cardamom – three pieces 

Tomatoes – three pieces 

Yogurt – a tablespoon 

Pepper crushed – half a teaspoon 

Cumin seeds – a teaspoon 

Chopped coriander – a teaspoon 

Roast chicken – half a cup 

Aloo Bukhara (plum) – Ten grams 

Green pepper, green coriander, ginger for garnish 

Direction: 


In a bowl, add chicken, oil, salt, turmeric, ground red pepper, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste, mix well and refrigerate for half an hour. 

Now heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry the spiced chicken on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. 

Then in a pan add cooking oil, onion, cumin seeds, green chilies, small cardamom, large cardamom, ginger garlic paste, tomato, yogurt, salt, turmeric, ground red pepper, ground black pepper, cumin powder, and cumin. Add coriander and fry for two to three minutes. 

Add chicken and cook for four to five minutes, then add aloe vera, fried chicken and garnish and fry for three to four minutes.
