Shahi Kebab 


Mince  1/2 Kg 

Yogurt 4 Tablespoons, 

Potatoes 2, 

Lentils 1/2 Cup, 

Garlic, Ginger Paste 

3 Teaspoons Green Masala (Corriander, Mint, Green Chillies
as required), 

Salt to taste, 

Hot Spice Powder ¼ Teaspoon 

2 eggs, oil as

1 Onion, 

Red chili powder 1 teaspoon, 

Bread crumbs as required. 

Recipe: Add minced meat, potatoes, channa dal (Pulse,
vetch), garlic, ginger paste, garam masala (condiments), red chili powder, and
salt in a pan. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 20-25 minutes (if the water
boils, turn up the heat and dry it). When it cools down a bit, grind it finely
in a sieve or chopper. Now add curd to it and then finely chop green spices and
onions and mix well with the help of hands and prepare 15-20 Kebabs of the desired
size and keep for half an hour. Beat the eggs and add to the kebabs and then
add the bread crumbs and fry on medium heat until golden. Serve with
pomegranate seeds and green chili chutney. ENJOY!
