Where will WhatsApp go
According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp has warned iPhone users
that those who are using iOS 10 or iOS 11. They will have to update their
phones so that they can continue using the voice app after October 24 this
year. Today these operating systems are being used in iPhone 5 and 5C. However,
users who have an iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, or iPhone 6S and are using iOS 12 need
not worry. The WhatsApp Help Center has already stated that iPhone users will
need to use iOS 12 or later operating system to continue using the app. Android
users will need OS 4.1 or a higher operating system. WhatsApp’s decision to end
support for in-phone messaging apps comes two weeks before the World Developers
Conference. On the other hand, rumors are circulating that it is expected to
unveil iOS 16 at the World Conference.
