Diabetes Day
is celebrated around the world every year on November 14 under the
auspices of the International Diabetes Federation (IDF). The purpose of this
day is to spread awareness around the world and to pay tribute to Fredrick
Banting, the inventor of insulin.

Diabetes Day was first observed in 1991 by the IDF and the World Health
Organization (WHO) to raise public awareness of the dangers of diabetes and the
timely treatment of diabetes. On World Diabetes Day, we will try to explain to you
what are the common causes and how to prevent it.

and Reason:

Diabetes
actually affects our body when the pancreas in our body stops working properly
and cannot produce large amounts of insulin, due to which the sugar in our diet
cannot be digested.
